A Group for Teens and Young Adults
Do you want to better understand who you are?

Do you feel afraid or uncomfortable to be around groups of people, even your peers and family, because you feel you are different?
Do you want to make sense of how and what you feel?
Do you feel or know things others don’t feel or know?
Do you want to learn how to express and live your truth?
Spirit and You is a new group for teenagers (ages 15 to 20) led by Trinity Nieves (the Spiritual Chic). This is a great opportunity to come together with like-minded Souls and awaken to whom we really are! These groups are fun, insightful and can definitely be life-changing. Most of all it is a group of your peers who lovingly support each other, who will gather in a safe space to share, learn and grow together.

Participants commit to attending each month because this is what creates a safe and supportive environment. Of course we all have things that come up & times we can't make it as planned... this is life! But, everyone's presence brings energy to the group dynamic and each person is important to the whole.

Fee: $25 per meeting
